Experience:
Joyce graduated from Rider University with an AA degree in Secretarial Science. Early places of employment included Ternstedt Division of General Motors in Trenton secretary in the front offices. After staying home to raise a daughter, Joyce pursued a career at Educational Testing Service in Princeton, New Jersey. Starting in the mailroom, Joyce was fortunate to be able to work her way up to being the Executive Secretary to one of the Senior Vice Presidents, and was employed by that organization for seventeen years. In addition to being the Administrative Assistant for the Hunterdon County Intoxicated Driving Program for the last ten years, Joyce is also the secretary to the Environmental Commission and the Recycling Coordinator for the Recycling Committee of East Amwell Township. Joyce also organizes and publishes the semi-annual Township Newsletter.
Theory:
Although Joyce is not directly involved in counseling, she enjoys being able to help people get back on their feet after the devastating ordeal of a DUI conviction. If you have a question or a problem concerning a DUI, call her, that is what she is here for.
Hobbies:
For approximately twenty-five years, Joyce participated in the dog show world by breeding and showing the American Cocker Spaniel. That hobby took her all over the East Coast, and even to Bermuda showing her dogs. Joyce also met some of the most interesting people when showing dogs. Now her hobby is embellishing ornate and fancy sweaters and beading jewelry.
