Through CBT and MI, Chris hopes to help his clients understand the different factors that contribute to their addictions in order for his clients to identify and develop the necessary behaviors that will help alleviate their addictions.
Chris is a huge sports fan (an avid follower of the New York Yankees, Pittsburgh Steelers and Brooklyn Nets). Chris also is interested in fitness, particularly weight lifting, running, cycling, and swimming. Further, Chris is a fan of music, particularly the indie folk and indie rock genres. Poetry, photography, and reading are also hobbies that Chris enjoys, but often finds that he lacks the time to engage in these hobbies on a regular basis.
